LITERATURE STUDY: CURRENT USE OF DIGITAL BANKING COVID-19 PANDEMIC IN INDONESIA

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the use of digital banking during the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. Research in this study was conducted using literature research. This literature study was conducted by searching scientific research articles on the use of digital banking during the COVID-19 pandemic that occurred in Indonesia. After identification of several articles, it shows different results about the use of digital banking during the COVID-19 pandemic. Each journal shows that the use of digital banking during the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia has a positive effect and there are also negative effects. However, in general, the use of digital banking during the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia has a positive effect on its benefits to customers. This shows the diversity of each region and the background of respondents from previous literature research shows the same view on the benefits provided by digital banking. Because digital banking makes it easier for customers to carry out banking activities during the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia, banking activities are needed by customers to carry out their economic activities.
